False promises made by Master Structures Inc. representative

I want to report a serious concern with Master Structures Inc.'s equipment that I purchased on September 3, 1996 from your Auerstad, Michigan store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rosario S., but my issue remains unresolved.
