Misleading advertising by Advanced Structures & Sons
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Advanced Structures & Sons for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-7389-TVB-7112) on April 23, 2025, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect Advanced Structures & Sons to take responsibility and make their terms and conditions clearer.

May 05, 2025 05:49I want to acknowledge that Advanced Structures & Sons has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $449.21 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $449.21 for a meal delivery that never worked properly.
