Misleading advertising by Wisdom Foundation School
Complaint Details
On April 12, 2025, I signed up for Wisdom Foundation School's installation service at their South Adeline, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include warranty package, but after paying $172.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Samara R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Wisdom Foundation School to implement better quality control.

May 15, 2025 05:16I appreciate Wisdom Foundation School reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement fitness tracker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
