I want to report a serious concern with Construction Professionals Ltd.'s membership that I purchased on February 19, 2025 from your Waynefort, Arkansas store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kolby B., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking Construction Professionals Ltd. to make this right by provide a full refund.
