I purchased a service from United Builders Enterprises Boston on February 17, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cary J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
