I have been a loyal customer of LanguageMasters School for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service plan (order #ORD-5034-ZMG-0508) on March 2, 2025, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect LanguageMasters School to take responsibility and resolve the technical issues.

I'm updating my complaint because LanguageMasters School finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the furniture set, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
