False promises made by Intellect Center representative

On November 30, 2024, I signed up for Intellect Center's return policy at their North Lorenzachester, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $62.83, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Stanley H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Intellect Center to provide a full refund.
