I have been a loyal customer of Intellect Center for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-2995-SPE-0949) on February 24, 2025, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Intellect Center implement better quality control as soon as possible.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Intellect Center has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their professional setup.
