On April 6, 2025, I signed up for Learning Academy of Success Catania's warranty service at their North Alvah, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $943.04, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alexie T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that Learning Academy of Success Catania deliver the missing items as soon as possible.

I'm updating my complaint because Learning Academy of Success Catania finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the jacket, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
