After subscribing to Web-Logic Inc.'s tech support on December 14, 2024, I've experienced constant faced system outages. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-9130-ZFA-1881) and spent hours on calls with Sylvia R. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I am asking Web-Logic Inc. to make this right by fix their misleading advertising.

Apr 30, 2025 06:02Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $199.14 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
