I ordered delivery from Artisan Spice on May 6, 2025 (order #ORD-6598-DLB-3104) totaling $176.5. The food arrived found foreign objects in the product and was barely edible. When I called to report this, Antonio C. offered only a partial refund despite the fact that most of the food was inedible. I am asking Artisan Spice to make this right by offer compensation for the time wasted.

After speaking with Susan Moore from the Product Support at Artisan Spice, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
