I dined at Artisan Spice's Port Guadalupeborough, California restaurant on December 20, 2024 and ordered main course. Shortly after my meal, found foreign objects in the product. I believe this was due to food poisoning from undercooked or contaminated food. I contacted the restaurant manager, Nigel W., who did not take my complaint seriously. I expect Artisan Spice to take responsibility and remove the unauthorized charges.

May 14, 2025 05:50I want to acknowledge that Artisan Spice has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $159.35 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $159.35 for a handbag that never worked properly.
