I ordered jewelry from Store Center Holdings's website on February 6, 2025 (order #ORD-7117-WJV-2768). When the package arrived, stopped working after two weeks. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Blake S. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I am requesting that Store Center Holdings provide the promised service as soon as possible.
