I placed an order with Store Center Holdings on December 13, 2024 for several items including book (order #ORD-9627-FYS-0855). The order was charged to my account ($672.25), but stopped working after two weeks. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Lon H., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I am requesting that Store Center Holdings offer compensation for the time wasted as soon as possible.

I want to acknowledge that Store Center Holdings has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $172.97 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $172.97 for a formal shoes that never worked properly.
