I am writing regarding order #ORD-8197-RZI-6179 placed with Abode of Classic Holdings on March 11, 2025. I paid $79.87 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered found foreign objects in the product. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Donato K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Abode of Classic Holdings to take responsibility and offer compensation for the time wasted.

May 13, 2025 05:12I want to acknowledge that Abode of Classic Holdings has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $13.36 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $13.36 for a mattress that never worked properly.
