Complaint Details

After subscribing to CodeAI's data backup on March 19, 2025, I've experienced constant was denied a refund. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-4454-EQA-5262) and spent hours on calls with Dayna C. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I am requesting that CodeAI honor the warranty as soon as possible.
