Quality issues with Campus of Leadership Holdings unit

I want to acknowledge that Campus of Leadership Holdings has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $100.69 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $100.69 for a sweater that never worked properly.
