Disappointed with Campus of Leadership Holdings premium support

On December 3, 2024, I signed up for Campus of Leadership Holdings's support line at their New Oleta, Washington location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $759.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Deron W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I expect Campus of Leadership Holdings to take responsibility and provide the promised service.

May 23, 2025 05:13Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $470.89 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customization service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
