I have been a loyal customer of Consulting Associates Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-9829-UNY-3574) on February 25, 2025, and have encountered had my personal information compromised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking Consulting Associates Corp. to make this right by remove the unauthorized charges.

The situation with Consulting Associates Corp. has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the training session, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-8FF3FDEF multiple times.
