I purchased a unit from Choice Community Sengkang on May 8, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Westley O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Choice Community Sengkang to update their return policy.
