Poor quality toy from Goods & Zone
Complaint Details
I placed an order with Goods & Zone on April 3, 2025 for several items including beauty product (order #ORD-8439-ULH-2887). The order was charged to my account ($911.87), but was denied a refund. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Arne J., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I would like Goods & Zone to provide the documentation I requested.
