Gift card issues with Goods & Zone
Complaint Details
I placed an order with Goods & Zone on March 30, 2025 for several items including furniture (order #ORD-3023-MHT-6986). The order was charged to my account ($719.59), but had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Candace G., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I would like Goods & Zone to fix the billing error.

May 13, 2025 05:47I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The handbag from Goods & Zone not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
