Wrong items shipped by The First Retail
Complaint Details
I placed an order with The First Retail on February 22, 2025 for several items including appliance (order #ORD-3647-VHW-8425). The order was charged to my account ($98.2), but is not compatible as claimed. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Santos J., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I expect The First Retail to take responsibility and make their terms and conditions clearer.
