On December 24, 2024, I purchased kitchenware from The First Retail's Kellenton, Delaware store for $864.6. The item was advertised as return service, but when I got home, I discovered was charged incorrectly. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I would like The First Retail to reimburse me for additional expenses.
