I have been a loyal customer of Abode of Signature for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-0926-QYZ-1568) on December 17, 2024, and have encountered had allergic reaction not warned about. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like Abode of Signature to deliver the missing items.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Abode of Signature called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
