I am writing regarding order #ORD-7649-VOM-4718 placed with Abode of Signature on January 1, 2025. I paid $517.8 for service plan, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jabari A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Abode of Signature to make this right by adjust my account balance.

I've received an email from Alex Miller at Abode of Signature offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The microwave was clearly defective from the start.
