Delayed delivery from Abode of Signature

I have been a loyal customer of Abode of Signature for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-6610-HLG-0566) on May 24, 2025, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect Abode of Signature to take responsibility and provide the promised service.

May 22, 2025 05:41I want to acknowledge that Abode of Signature has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $339.33 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $339.33 for a vacuum cleaner that never worked properly.
