Consulting, Consulting & Services Corp. failed to honor their commitment

I'm updating my complaint because Consulting, Consulting & Services Corp. finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the subscription box, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
