I purchased a item from Consulting, Consulting & Services Corp. on April 30, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced had allergic reaction not warned about. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Helene M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that Consulting, Consulting & Services Corp. make their terms and conditions clearer as soon as possible.

I want to acknowledge that Consulting, Consulting & Services Corp. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $103.77 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $103.77 for a restaurant order that never worked properly.
