Security concern with Consulting, Consulting & Services Corp. service

I want to acknowledge that Consulting, Consulting & Services Corp. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $103.77 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $103.77 for a restaurant order that never worked properly.
