I purchased a device from StudyUniversity on April 30, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Mina W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like StudyUniversity to deliver the missing items.

After my initial complaint, StudyUniversity contacted me to troubleshoot the formal shoes. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
