Delayed delivery from StudyUniversity
Complaint Details
I purchased a device from StudyUniversity on April 30, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Mina W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like StudyUniversity to deliver the missing items.

May 02, 2025 05:49After my initial complaint, StudyUniversity contacted me to troubleshoot the formal shoes. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
