Refund refused by StudyUniversity
Complaint Details
On May 16, 2025, I signed up for StudyUniversity's subscription service at their East Jeffereyville, California location. I was told that the service would include service plan, but after paying $545.51, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nelson L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like StudyUniversity to deliver the missing items.
