Wrong items shipped by PrimeTrade Tampines
Complaint Details
I placed an order with PrimeTrade Tampines on April 13, 2025 for several items including beauty product (order #ORD-6095-HYY-3641). The order was charged to my account ($523.17), but discovered hidden fees. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Kevon L., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I am asking PrimeTrade Tampines to make this right by provide the promised service.
