I am writing regarding order #ORD-4699-FDS-9035 placed with ExcelCenter on March 5, 2025. I paid $127.03 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Damaris K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect ExcelCenter to take responsibility and provide a full refund.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, ExcelCenter has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their repair service.
