Complaint Details

I dined at Bites & Group's Port Rowlandburgh, Wyoming restaurant on May 21, 2025 and ordered main course. Shortly after my meal, found foreign objects in the product. I believe this was due to food poisoning from undercooked or contaminated food. I contacted the restaurant manager, Jazmyne E., who did not take my complaint seriously. I am requesting that Bites & Group deliver the missing items as soon as possible.

After speaking with Jordan White from the Client Relations at Bites & Group, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
