Poor customer service experience with Justice Advisors, Advisors

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2361-RUY-9010 placed with Justice Advisors, Advisors on December 16, 2024. I paid $375.22 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered found foreign objects in the product. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Annie L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Justice Advisors, Advisors make their terms and conditions clearer as soon as possible.
