Complaint Details

I have been a loyal customer of Justice Advisors, Advisors for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-8379-RTK-8357) on January 9, 2025, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking Justice Advisors, Advisors to make this right by expedite the delivery of my order.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The specialty food item from Justice Advisors, Advisors not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
