After subscribing to RoboLogic Labs Toulouse's software subscription on April 28, 2025, I've experienced constant doesn't work as advertised. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-8398-OIY-6608) and spent hours on calls with Shawna A. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I would like RoboLogic Labs Toulouse to extend my warranty period.

Apr 27, 2025 05:48I've received an email from Linda Davis at RoboLogic Labs Toulouse offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The meal delivery was clearly defective from the start.
