I purchased a software license from RoboLogic Labs Toulouse on March 31, 2025 for $41.19. After only was overcharged for basic service, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Monty O. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, RoboLogic Labs Toulouse is refusing to replace or repair it. I hope RoboLogic Labs Toulouse will address this issue by stop their deceptive business practices.

The situation with RoboLogic Labs Toulouse has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the installation service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-2BDFB48C multiple times.
