I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from The Essential Life Alliance's pharmacy. On May 25, 2025, I received mobility aid with instructions that was damaged upon delivery. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Bartholome K. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I am requesting that The Essential Life Alliance train their staff to be more professional as soon as possible.
