I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from The Essential Life Alliance's pharmacy. On December 8, 2024, I received prescription medication with instructions that couldn't access my account. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Christian F. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I hope The Essential Life Alliance will address this issue by fix the billing error.
