Consulting Associates, Associates Baltimore International failed to honor their commitment

I have been a loyal customer of Consulting Associates, Associates Baltimore International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service plan (order #ORD-6891-TXE-9961) on May 24, 2025, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Consulting Associates, Associates Baltimore International remove the unauthorized charges as soon as possible.
