I want to report a serious concern with Superior Space's item that I purchased on December 11, 2024 from your Morissetteton, California store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Norene R., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking Superior Space to make this right by remove the unauthorized charges.

May 11, 2025 05:57I want to acknowledge that Superior Space has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $100.87 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $100.87 for a mattress that never worked properly.
