I am writing regarding order #ORD-1915-FVJ-8252 placed with Superior Space on March 3, 2025. I paid $125.91 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Savanna J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Superior Space to take responsibility and improve their customer service training.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Superior Space. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the cookware set I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
