Data loss incident with NanoBot Innovations system integration
Complaint Details
After subscribing to NanoBot Innovations's system integration on April 4, 2025, I've experienced constant experienced website errors. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-2094-RLT-2344) and spent hours on calls with Forest P. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I expect NanoBot Innovations to take responsibility and honor the warranty.
