Software glitches with NanoBot Innovations router
Complaint Details
I purchased a router from NanoBot Innovations on February 23, 2025 for $41.35. After only found security vulnerabilities, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Ivory B. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, NanoBot Innovations is refusing to replace or repair it. I hope NanoBot Innovations will address this issue by make their terms and conditions clearer.

May 11, 2025 05:27I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The restaurant order from NanoBot Innovations not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
