I ordered jewelry from Trend Spot's website on December 30, 2024 (order #ORD-0318-YNO-0946). When the package arrived, experienced frequent disconnections. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Angelita S. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I expect Trend Spot to take responsibility and provide the documentation I requested.
