On January 14, 2025, I purchased home decor from Trend Spot's Ambrosemouth, Pennsylvania store for $598.91. The item was advertised as delivery service, but when I got home, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am asking Trend Spot to make this right by issue a formal apology.

After speaking with Rowan Miller from the Support Operations at Trend Spot, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
