I placed an order with Trend Spot on January 15, 2025 for several items including book (order #ORD-6205-JCK-4014). The order was charged to my account ($304.82), but received incorrect information. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Miracle F., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I expect Trend Spot to take responsibility and train their staff to be more professional.
