I had an appointment at Life Network on January 7, 2025 for specialist referral. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and was billed multiple times. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Caitlyn R., but have received no satisfactory response. I am asking Life Network to make this right by correct my personal information.
