I'm writing to report serious security concerns with WebCloud Computing's software license. After the update on April 4, 2025, I discovered couldn't access my account that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with German F., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I expect WebCloud Computing to take responsibility and improve their customer service training.
